Shipping policy

Shipping:

All Australian domestic orders are shipped with Australia Post. Please note that "Authority to Leave" may be requested by receiver but is not recommended as we cannot take responsibility for these orders if they go missing.

Shipping Costs and times:

Costs for shipping will be calculated at cart.

NOTE: There maybe one off shipping costs for larger or heavier items. 

NOTE: Due to current COVID-19 situation shipping times may experience some delays. Should your parcel be delayed by Australia Post this is out of our control and is NOT a reason for a refund. Your parcel has been sent by us and your contract with Luna & Willow Collective has been complete. 

Shipping Processing:

Your online orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday. Please note that this may be prolonged slightly during sale periods and during the current COVID-19 situation. 

Order Changes:

Unfortunately once you place your order you cannot make any changes to your order due to packing, shipping processes and Luna & Willow Collective being an online store. This includes cancelling or swapping of any sizes or items within your order. 

Damaged Packaging:

We take great care in packing your goods safely. In the unfortunate event that your goods have been damaged in transit through Australia Post we cannot accept responsibility. All complaints are to be sent directly to Australia Post.
